When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I found information everywhere. What I couldn't find was a trusted way to make sense of it all.
I needed help understanding my options, preparing for appointments, coordinating care, exploring complementary support, and staying connected to people who understood what I was going through.
Even with decades working in health and wellness — and having lost my own mother to breast cancer — I felt the gap.
So during treatment, I began building the resource I wished had existed on the day I was diagnosed.

Sarah Glynn is a health publisher, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Peony. For more than 25 years, she has worked alongside leading voices in health, wellness, and personal transformation, helping translate complex ideas into practical tools people can use.
Peony grew from Sarah's own experience with breast cancer and her conviction that women deserve more than excellent treatment alone. They also deserve trusted guidance, coordinated support, and care for the whole experience of living through illness.
