Your medical team has a treatment plan.
This is your plan for everything around it.
The free Breast Cancer Care Plan™ helps you understand what’s happening, organize what matters, and navigate your questions, decisions, support, and next steps.

There is the treatment.
And then there is everything else you're trying to figure out.
Where do I even start?
There are three weeks of decisions and no obvious first step. Start with one page — My Care Plan at a Glance — and the rest can wait.
Am I asking the right questions?
You will think of them at 2am and forget them by Thursday. Keep them somewhere until you know who to ask.
Is this safe alongside my treatment?
For the supplements, the acupuncture, the things a friend swears by. One complete list your oncologist can actually look at.
Why is everyone telling me something different?
Sometimes they disagree. More often they're answering different questions. There's a page for working out which.
How do I decide when I'm not sure I understand the options?
Lay them side by side. Name what you still need explained, and what matters to you. Then ask.
What actually matters to me — underneath all of this?
Not what should matter. What does. Everything else organizes around that.
You can be receiving excellent medical care and still have dozens of questions that do not fit neatly into one oncology appointment.
The Care Plan gives those questions somewhere to go, somewhere to think them through, and somewhere to bring them back into the conversation.

- KNOW ME01
What matters to me?
Your priorities, goals, concerns, values, relationships, support needs, and the life your care needs to fit into.
- UNDERSTAND MY CANCER02
What do I need to understand?
Your diagnosis, pathology, biomarkers, treatment, decisions ahead, and questions you still want answered.
- SUPPORT MY WHOLE HEALTH03
What may support me through treatment?
Nutrition, movement, sleep, rehabilitation, emotional wellbeing, complementary care, symptom support, and recovery.
- PUT MY PLAN INTO PRACTICE04
How will this actually work in my life?
Appointments, meals, work, family, transportation, schedules, help at home, and the practical realities of treatment.
- NAVIGATE MY CARE05
How do I keep the moving pieces connected?
Symptoms, labs, appointments, questions, referrals, practitioners, decisions, and things you want to revisit.
- LIVE BEYOND06
What comes next?
Recovery, rebuilding strength, long-term health, survivorship, and returning to a life that is bigger than cancer.
You do not need to work through all six sections at once. Start where you are. Come back when you need to.
You should not have to be the only person holding the full picture.
Cancer care can involve a lot of people. Your oncologist knows one part. A physical therapist, dietitian, acupuncturist or other practitioner may support another. Your family sees what happens when you get home.
Too often, you are the person carrying all of those pieces from one conversation to the next.

Your Care Plan helps make the bigger picture visible.
- Bring the pages that matter to an appointment.
- Review them with a practitioner.
- Use them with an Integrative Healthcare Advocate.
- Share what is useful with the people supporting you.
You should not have to start over every time you talk to someone new.
A few things you may want to know first.

You can't plan everything breast cancer will bring.
But you can have a clearer way through it.
You don't have to do everything.
And you don't have to carry everything alone.
- Understand what is happening.
- See what else may support you.
- Keep the important pieces together.
- Bring your questions into the conversation.
- Stay connected to what matters as things change.
